BLACK BEAN WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES
This soup is so rich in flavors and heartily creamy in texture, it’s hard to believe it is vegan. It is another stick-to-your ribs (though not literally) soup, made with my rich vegan stock.
The sweet, roasted seasonal vegetables are a marvelous companion to the velvety black beans. Add chopped cilantro and parsley for fresh aroma and flavors.
MOROCCAN-SPICED CHICKPEA & VEGETABLES
Seasonal roasted vegetables (carrots, onions, celery, cauliflower, tomatoes & garbanzo beans cooked in a rich vegan stock with aromatic flavors of Morocco (Cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, coriander). A very hearty, but light and nutritious soup.
FENNEL WITH APPLES, CILANTRO & FRENCH GREEN LENTILS
Combination of caramelized fennel and aromatic cilantro highlight the sweet and sour flavors of roasted apples. Add the flavor and texture of nutrition-packed, savory French green lentils and you have heaven in a bowl. This soup is also delicious hot or cold.
This is one my best sellers. An amazing green cleanse in a delicious, heart-warming soup. Made with Lacinato kale, spinach, parsley, cilantro and fresh lemon juice blended into my highly nutritious and rich vegan stock, made with tons of vegetables and fresh herbs.
This soup is light, bright and can be enjoyed hot or cold.
