*NOTE: My Beef Bone Broth is technically a BEEF BONE STOCK and not a broth. Stock is far richer and more viscous than regular broth due to the long term cooking and seeping of collagen from joints and bones. Also, in stocks, the bones are stripped of all meats, whereas a broth is more meat than bones and far thinner product. – Aryan Alexandra Abbassi

BEEF BONE BROTH (DF)
Made with Grass Fed, Organic beef bones and tons of fresh organic vegetables and herbs, making it very rich in nutrients and savory flavors. Enjoy a cup like hot, savory tea or add your own favorite fresh ingredients to make a nutrient-rich soup.
SPLIT PEA WITH LACINATO KALE & HAM HOCK(DF)
Protein-rich split peas, organic ham hocks, carrots, onions, celery & garlic cooked in rich beef bone broth till tender. Lacinato kale imparts more flavor, texture and nutrition.
BLACK BEAN WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES & BEEF SHANK (DF)
This soup is more like a beef and bean stew. Black beans, fresh vegetables and beef shank cooked with beef bone broth into a creamy and toothsome concoction.
PERSIAN POMEGRANATE WITH WILD RICE & BEEF SHANK (DF)
This rich & tangy soup is full of antioxidants and slightly sweet & sour flavors of pomegranates (paste, juice and molasses used).
FRENCH ONION – CONTAINS DAIRY/GHEE
Sweet Vidalia onions slowly cooked in Ghee and olive oil until the natural sugars in the onions have caramelized to a sweet, dark brown deliciousness.
VIETNAMESE PHO BEEF BONE BROTH (DF)
Even richer in flavors and nutrients than the plain BBB. Adding Cinnamon bark, star anise, cloves, fresh ginger and lemongrass gives the broth a much higher nutritional profile. Use as a soothing cup of savory tea or add rice noodles, fresh herbs & vegetables and your favorite protein (beef, chicken, seafood or tofu) for a beautiful homemade Vietnamese Pho.
LENTIL WITH WILD RICE, VEGETABLES & BEEF SHANK (DF)
Protein & fiber-rich lentils cooked in rich beef bone broth, carrots, onion & celery, wild rice & grass fed, organic beef shanks. This is a rich and thick soup and very rich in proteins.
WILD MUSHROOMS (CONTAINS DAIRY/GHEE – CREAM FREE)
Earthly flavors of wild mushrooms (crimini, shiitake, oyster, portabella) add an Umami (a fifth savory sense) flavor to the already rich beef bone broth. This extremely nutrient-dense soup can also make delectable sauces for many other dishes, such as pasta sauce, beef or chicken stroganoff, truffled steak sauce, roasting meats, game & poultry.
